The SOC balance BMS is composed of voltage and temperature acquisition module, MCU control module, current limiting module, balancemodule and supporting peripheral equipment. Electric vehicle sampling equalizzation scheme is adopted. In the design, a high reliability MCU control chip is uused, and the latest acquisition technology is adopted, which has high acquisition accuracy and provides a good physical basis for SOC estimation. Based onthe in-depth study of the complex electromagnetic environment of the lbattery pack application environment, the EMC design of the product wais fully considered at the initial stage of the design. It adopts a variety of power isolation schemes and high redundancy design, and has been strictly tested to ensurethe reliable operation of the product under various environmental coonditions,effectively improving the overall service life of the battery and system stability.
